Each flute from Mellow Mountain Flutes is handcrafted and packed with care to ensure it arrives safely and ready to play. Because every instrument is made with attention and detail, please allow a little time for creation and preparation before your order ships.

Processing Time

Most ready-to-ship flutes are mailed within 1-2 business days.
For custom or made-to-order flutes, please allow additional time for crafting—typically 2–4 weeks, depending on the current queue. I’ll keep you updated along the way so you’ll know when your flute is headed your way.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped within the United States using UPS with tracking and insurance provided.
You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your flute is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact me right away at mellowmountainflutes@gmail.com. I’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make sure you’re taken care of.
