Return Policy
Every flute from Mellow Mountain Flutes is made with care, attention, and love for the craft. I want every player to feel a real connection with their instrument. If your flute isn’t quite what you hoped for, I’ll do my best to make things right.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please make sure the flute is in undamaged condition and returned in its original packaging.
Before sending it back, email me at mellowmountainflutes@gmail.com so I can provide return instructions.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges can’t be refunded.
Non-Returnable Items
Because each flute is handcrafted, I’m unable to accept returns on:
Custom or personalized orders
Instruments that show any signs of damage or wear
Items marked as final sale
Refunds
Once your flute is safely back in the workshop and inspected, I’ll issue a refund to your original payment method—usually within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your flute arrives damaged or has an issue, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and include photos if possible. I’ll work with you to repair, replace, or refund your purchase so you can get back to making music.
All flutes will have insurance for lost or damaged packages during shipping.
